The Indiana Tech Fitness Center is a great place to start your life off on the right path toward optimal health and wellness as well as for those who strive to continue their life on the health and wellness track. The Fitness Center provides individuals with a great atmosphere, state of the art equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a more personal environment for those who do not like the “big gym” feel. It offers convenient hours for those who are early birds as well as for those who get off of work late or prefer to work out at night.
The Fitness Center also offers a variety of fitness classes and activities to help promote greater wellness for everyday living.
