Bring your family and friends to Indiana Tech for a full day of food, entertainment, campus traditions, games, and activities for all ages!

Advance registration is encouraged so we can prepare for attendance, food, and activities. Walk-in guests are also welcome. Guests who do not register in advance may check in at Magee Theater when they arrive.

Crush Hunger 5K Fun Run
Location: Indiana Tech Campus
Check-In: 8:00–8:45 a.m.
Start Time: 9:00 a.m.
Start Family & Friends Day with the Crush Hunger 5K Fun Run! Registration is free, and every participant will receive a finisher medal.
Participants are encouraged to make a monetary donation or bring canned food to support Community Harvest Food Bank.

Indiana Tech students who participate will complete two campus traditions:

- Attend Friends & Family Weekend
Each runner must complete a separate registration form and liability waiver.
Party on the Square
Location: Scully Square at Andorfer Commons
Time: Noon–4:00 p.m.
Event Check-In: Magee Theater
Join us for one of the biggest celebrations of Homecoming weekend! Party on the Square will feature live entertainment, food vendors, student organization booths, games, and activities for all ages.

Food Information
Each guest who checks in at Magee Theater will receive one food ticket to use toward their lunch meal.
Additional food and drinks may be purchased directly from participating vendors.
Homecoming Cornhole Tournament
Location: Party on the Square – Zollner Lawn
Registration Closes: 1:45 p.m.
Tournament Begins: 2:00 p.m.
Grab a partner and compete in the Homecoming Cornhole Tournament! The tournament is open to Indiana Tech students, families, alumni, employees, and friends.
Teams may register in advance through IMLeagues. Same-day/in-person registration will also be available until 1:45 p.m. so the tournament bracket can be finalized before play begins.
Current Indiana Tech students should already have an IMLeagues account. Family members and friends will need to create an account before registering.

Recreation Opportunities
Looking for something active to do between events? The Recreation Center and outdoor courts will be open throughout the afternoon.
Open Recreation Center
Location: Andorfer Commons Recreation Center
Time: Noon–7:00 p.m.
Stop by to enjoy bowling, pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games and board games.
Open Pickleball and Basketball Courts
Location: Outdoor Courts
Time: Noon–7:00 p.m.
The outdoor courts will be available for casual pickleball and basketball. Equipment will be available at the courts.
No advance registration is required for the Recreation Center or outdoor courts.
Dinner and Family Feud-Style Game Show
Location: Andorfer Commons- Dining Hall
Dinner Begins: 5:00 p.m.
Game Show: 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Cost: Free
Enjoy a complimentary dinner followed by a high-energy, Family Feud-style game show presented by Neon Entertainment!
Students, families, alumni, employees, and friends can cheer on contestants, answer popular survey questions, and enjoy an interactive evening filled with friendly competition and plenty of laughs and prizes!

Dinner and the show are free for registered Family & Friends Day guests.
Homecoming Movie Showings
Location: Magee Theater in Andorfer Commons
Showtimes: 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Enjoy a movie on the big screen during Homecoming Saturday! The featured 2026 movie will be announced closer to the event.

Admission is free, and complimentary popcorn and snacks will be available. Movie showings are open to students, families, alumni, employees and guests.
Casino Night: “Campus Tradition”
Location: Seitz Conference Center, Upstairs in Andorfer Commons
Time: 7:00–10:00 p.m.
Cost: Free
Try your luck at one of Indiana Tech’s most anticipated Homecoming traditions! The Seitz Conference Center will be transformed into a lively casino where students, alumni, families and friends can enjoy games, refreshments and prizes.
What to Expect
- Blackjack, poker and other casino-style games
- Professional tables and dealers
- Raffle tickets earned through game play
- Themed prize baskets
- A grand-prize drawing
- Light snacks and mocktails
No real money is used, and no experience is needed. Stop by, play a few hands and see whether you take home a prize basket!

Guests should stop at the check-in table when they arrive to confirm their registration and receive event information, directions and their Party on the Square food ticket.
